We'll talk about some of the benefits of meditation and how it can help to improve your yoga practice. I'll even tell the story of how I learned to truly realize how much of a compliment meditation could be to my physical asana practice. And finally, I'll give you some suggestions if you want to begin to incorporate your own meditation practice alongside your physical yoga practice.
